important question!

Post by mitty »

ok, im taking a pair of red rear lights off a 2000-2002 vw polo (facelift)

i am going to put them on my 1996 vw polo

can i put them straight on or do i have to take it to a garage?

and does the wiring need to be changed?

if i take it to a garage then how much will they charge to put them on, fix wiring and labour?

cheers people

There is a handy tutorial on this very site somewhere if you go to the relevant section if memory serves. Tw wires need to be changed and its just a bolt on bolt off job dude, If you need a garage for this then i seriously suggest you read a book, maybe do some maths... you know flex those head muscles lol.

Piece of p*** dude do it yourself and youll feel better about the whole ordeal!

Don't take it to a garage, this is something you could easily do yourself, took me about an hour to do mine and looks the nuts.
