Cold air from heater

Im getting cold air coming from the heater even when its on hot for ages.

Anyone know any possible reason or how to fix this? Thanks

Heater matrix is shot by the sound of it

and its a nasty repair!

nope! does the knob feel really slack? if it does, the cable has popped off thats all! did it to me! i though it was the heater matrix but i took the surround off to find the cable pully had come off, but like i say start from the cold side, and work your way round to hot and if it feels the same the cable has come off, because when you start from cold, and work your way round to the warm there becomes more force to pull it
