Rear discs, standard or not?

Just been searching autotrader and found this V reg 6n:

Its got rear discs. I've only seen this on the foreign 6n Gti before. Unless there are aftermarket. What does anyone think?

never seen any uk 6n polos with standard rear discs and pads.

6n2 1.4 16v 100bhp and polo gti's have rear pads and discs standard

The 1.6 16v GTI's have rear-discs, as well as the 1.4 16v (101bhp versions, don't know if these were ever sold in Britain, as they were in Holland and Germany).

So yes, it is stock on a mk4

(pretty nice to up-grade your own drums to discs just by swapping the axles and brakes cables
