Opinion on wheels

Post by randy »

Looking for opinions on these wheels:

Wolfrace Yamato 15"
Was keen on bbs rxii but they seem common on polo and not really into deep dish euro wheels (as you may know from my old 17s)

Not the biggest fan of those mate. Especially in 15"s IMO they wont look right. I think some wheels with less spokes will look better.

Here are some of my opinions on the wheels:

If you're in to unconventional wheels, have a look on http://www.rarerims.co.uk who sell Rota wheels. They're made for Jap cars, but look just as good on other cars. There's some nice designs on there. Also, the wheels are meant to be lighter than a feather (those wolfraces seem to be made of pig iron or something). They're not too expensive either.

I've seen those wheels on a Black GTi and they looked horrible. Real example of why wolfrace are preferred by the corsa/saxo scene
