im new, thinkin abotu gettin a polo gti any help??

hey, i'm new to this but anyway, i'm thinkin' about gettin' a mk7 polo gti 1.8T in candy white, which in my opinion is the nicest colour for the car.. is it a good car and worth gettin' or have some people found it abit of a let down??
handlin wise?? in a straight line?
i currently have a corsa C 1.4 Sri
