IIRC, the Gamma has a fader and Dolby noise reduction over the Beta. The fader may be beneficial if you have a subwoofer in your car; well that's what the guy who did my audio said.

Gamma kicks out the same output, but instead of 2 x 20W its 4x20w so can run rear speakers also. It also has preouts so you can run a sub or amped speakers, and also remote voltage to turn an amp on.
Ollie is also right in what it says about dolby noise reduction, and a fader. You also have TIM so it will record traffic info broadcasts, and soft touch fast forward and rewind on the cassette. It can also play both sides of the cassette without the need to flip it over.

You miss posted, and I put the reply in tha thread
No you cant use the CD Changer unforunately - VW gear is only compatible with VW HUs
Blaupunkt are very good - i have one in mine sound quality is fantastic
And yes you do, though there are adapters so you dont have to cut the ends off (the wiring isnt that great to be honest!!)

It may well work with a blaupunkt HU, as the BETA GAMMA DELTA and RCD200etc are all made by blaupunkt...they just have a VW fascia to them!

Nope no wiring in the back...you would have to add it yourself. The radio you have chosen has a 4x50W i seem to remember at least its something close to that - you would have to add the wiring either through the ISO connector, or through a preout with amped rear speakers
