6n + 6n2 exhausts

just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this subject for me or point me in the right direction,

are the exhausts from the 6n and 6n2 the same?

reason im asking is im thinking about buying an exhaust from philj on the polo forum but hes not 100% sure if the exhausts are the same, i would've thought they were as the 6n2 is just a facelifted version.

do you think it'd be worth going to an exhaust centre and asking them cause in their books they've got pics of each exhaust for each car.

do u know anyone that owns a 6n polo? if not as it happens i do. i own a 6n2 polo and my mum owns a 6n polo and as far as i can tell they are the same but i could check for u if u want?

unfortunately i dont know anyone with a 6n so if you could have a quick look and see if the bends are in similar places and look roughly the same that would be amazing!!!

Indentical on the 1.0 -1.4 8Vs for a fact! Its a 6n0 part which is the polo 6n

hmmm interesting, im very tempted to order it and just see if it fits, if it doesnt i could just ebay the exhaust...
