changing a drivers side headlight bulb
I have a blown headlight on the drivers side on a 1.4 TDi; do I need to loosen off the fuel filter to get to the back of the lamp?

i took off the front bumper to do mine. there is a guide in the DIY section on how to remove bumper to get to the headlight. i think you might be able to get to it after you've removed the fuel filter holder..the bolts on mine were a bit rusty so i left it incase the bolts snapped..you might want to change the other bulbs at the same time as my sidelight bulb went the other day so will have to remove bumper again and change the whole lot this time on both sides while the bumper is off...gary87 wrote:I have a blown headlight on the drivers side on a 1.4 TDi; do I need to loosen off the fuel filter to get to the back of the lamp?
