Is it ok to mount an Amp upside down?

i will answer slightly more constructively, which amp (some are ok being mounted upside down) and what will the amp be running? and how well set up is the amp? ie if its for subs has it been anywhere near an oscilloscope to check its not clipping? :D

good point - would a Genesis Profile 2 be OK upside down? It has a built in fan....

i would have thought that may well be ok as long as its not being hammered on a sub, all day everyday :)

I've got a 400W JBL GTO200 that has been running a 12" 1000W JBL sub. But now it will be running my components and I'm in the process of looking for an amp to run my sub.

you can stick it in your rear quarter cards if yours is a 3door
