Central Locking Problems

Hi - new to the site and to the world of the VW polo but already found this site very useful!

I have a problem, my car unlocks perfectly fine however "sometimes" when locking only the driver door locks. It does not happen every time however it is getting more frequent and i cannot work out a pattern in why it does so!

Any help would be great
