The lamps are a hella unit

not to sure where to get, but a good car accessorie shop should be able to get hold of them for you

The wheels are VW Evolos similar to what I had on my GTI but the ones pictured are a special edition of them produced for the Beetle Cabrio (the difference being the plastic spiky things between the spokes).
Evolos are available through your friendly local VW stealer. I advertised mine on a Sunday night a couple of weeks ago and by Tuesday teatime they had been paid for and collected, so pretty rare and desireable. They don't come up for sale very often second hand, and it took me months to find a set.
German ebay is the best place to find the Beetle ones as per the photograph but they are very very rare.

Fairly sure you can buy those lamps from a vw dealer, sure I remember seeing them in the accessory book

www.vw.co.uk then find the accessory link. Or go to your local dealer and pick up an accessory brochure. From memory they are called black lamps, you can get clear and red finishes also
