I'm not sure how much you can adjust the ride height before you need the camber re-adjusting actually. Would also like to know.

I would've thought it wouldn't be anything more than a couple of mm though

** I think** the back is not affected by camber/caster etc. since the back is just a beam and therefore camber just occurs from lowering and there's nothing you can do about it. Caster is how the steering wheel returns to it's centre position, so again doesn't affect the rear of the car. And finally tracking is basically making sure the wheels are facing in the right direction, and since the rear wheels are on a beam, it again only needs to be adjusted for the front

I'm pretty sure the camber can be adjusted on the rear, it's just limited.

I'm worried about camber for mines out and all I've done is change the alloys!

i know it cannot be adjusted on the mk4 as it is a single bolt through a non-elongated hole. There is also no tracking adjustment on the mk4 rear. But it wont be out hardly at all on the back.

seems that way mate. To be honest mate even if you do drop it a bit more on the back it shouldnt really effect the tracking/camber to a big degree. I have a bit of negative camber on the back wheels but its nothing to worry about. The front bears the brunt of the wear with braking and engine on them. I have about a finger gap between arch and tyre and i havent had a problem.

ah right

its not the problem of how low it is, its just adjusting it that i am interested in. as i have alrady had camber/caster and tracking done, i dont want to have to have it done again if i adjust the height a bit

i am almost positive everything you have mentioned is only possible to adjust on the front. If you alter the back it shouldnt alter the front. If you lower the front though, then yes you will have to have it done again.
