I believe that if you take your headlights off the car and stick them in the oven for a bit, it will heat up the glue and then you can disassemble them to fit the LEDs inside.
Might be worth seeing how much a set of headlights are from a local scrappy or a breaker (or eBay) so that you can play around with the spare set whilst keeping your own headlights on the car?
Cheers

You need to take the headlight out to pop the glass off. The headlights fairly easy to take out, on the 6n its just held down by a few screws, easiest way was take it out with indicator then slide indicator out. I'd imagine its the same for the 6n2.
As for the glass I member you could take it out somehow, think there was a slight small metal clip on the side of the headlight (the side the indicator was) that you undid and popped the glass out or you could easily detach the reflective stuff from the headlight casing, once you get the headlight out you should see it very simply.

To get the headlights out, yeh you have to remove the front bumper

Correct

The front bumper has to be removed, as there is a mount behind the bumper for both headlights that cannot be accessed any other way.
