N/S/F Knocking 6N

My 6N 1.6 is lowered 60mm and is knocking on the N/S.

I have replaced the rear wishbone buses with poly items and swapped my rubber top mount over but it is no better.

Any other ideas?

Anti roll bar? As said previous Ball joint? All are testable.

I get a hell of alot of knocking from my coilies, could just be noisy springs moving about?

Removed the ARB tonight and has stopped the knocking
