Lumpy Tickover/Idle

Can anyone help.

I am a newbie to VW Polos (its my first) and I have to admit its one of the smoothiest cars I have driven.

The only thing the ruins it is when you are at standstill in traffic and the engine is idling it seems quite lumpy and not smooth.

Can anyone help as I have took it to VW and it still has come back with the same problem. There is no engine management light to indicate any problem.

Its an 07 VW Polo S 55 1.2 with 13.5k miles on it.

Please help!!!
