Hi recently purchased the forge splitter valve,

Well its a good valve but only on fully recirculate setting otherwise it causes a bit of lag, and fooks up ya mixture a tiny bit! So yes its a good valve cos you can set it to whatever boost you need as the spring is fully adjustable, so no new springs needed wen ya go to stage 2 , but on our engine its not too good! on, either fully atmospheric (Kept going into limp) , or splitter , and takes ages to set up without a vag com, or boost gauge !
So my conclusion is , get it if you want a valve that can be fine tuned to your boost level , never needing to change springs etc, but not for any extra sound , as dumping any to atmosphere is a no no
heres how i have it set now and its really good! Oh and a tip if you wanna make your whoosh louder and you have a cone filter, remove the sound proofing from your bonnet and its alot louder, and saves on weight lol
