Halfords have a big list which you can reference two. Its 4 plugs you need. Get Bosch or NGK as these tend to perform better than the cheaper brands.

The cover can be a pain to remove, but once you've removed the 2 bolts, it's then just being held by 2 plastic pieces at the back that go into rubber grommets. You just have to keep pulling (hard). Next time I take mine off, I'm going to spray rubber silicone spray on them to make it easier to remove in future. There's also 2 (I think) hoses to disconnect.
As Alex says, use Bosch or NGK plugs; I have NGK in mine (Platinum PZFR5D-11); mine's a 1.4. Check the reference booklet in Halfords for the ones you need.
