P-reg 1997 Polo CL Auto

Hope i have this in the right section!

Can anyone tell me when i'm in D: Drive in my CL 1.4 Automatic Polo what is the best economical speed to travel at?

And if i'm on a motorway the best speed to cruise at for the same reasons above.

A cruising, steady and consistant speed from 50-70 will give you the best economical results.

Ideally in the lower band of that, but motorway journeys would require higher.
