Removing Brake Pads from caliper. Not 16V or GTi

Hi, I want to remove my pads to clean and put copper grease on them as I'm getting a noise from them. Had a look today but didnt want to undo anything incase I did it wrong. normally I would but being brakes I didnt really want to mess around. Anybody know of a guide or could make one or any pics or just a walk through of how to remove the calipers to get to the pads. On a 8v

There you go, Basicly 2 bolts holding the caliper onto the Carrier, Which is and 8mm allan Socket you'll need, double check as it may be 7mm

Undo the Bolts (4) + (5) in the pic and it'll pop off, carful not to round the Bolt tho, very easily done"

I'm sure you'll need a 7mm hexagon socket for the caliper bolts; if they've not been copper greased before, they can be a bugger to get out. On an earlier MK4 Polo I owned, the only way I could get them out was to cut off the rubber boots that surround them and shift the bolts with pliers!

Yeah it was 7mm. And one was a git. Used allen key & pair of grips. No sqeak now, hopefully stays that way.
