does any1 know how easy/hard it is to change the motor for the electric window on a 97 polo?? was finkin of attempting it myself, bt i dnt wana make it worse than it allready is....

any advice appreciated,

Thats a 6n or 6n2 isint it?

Erm shouldnt be that hard, but depends what you class as hard, i watched my mate do a mate of ours the other day, was simply door card off, that foamy stuff off, window down, lift the window up and out, couple of bolts new one in bolts on window in and done basically...

If you're willing to have a go then go for it, it's mainly a nut & bolt job. Take your time & be patient & it'll come together.

Best advice is to get yourself a Haynes Manual (if you haven't already! :lol: ). Have a go, if you get stuck, just ask.
