fitting mk4 6n rear lights onto mk5 6n2

hi just got a set of mk4 black hella led rear lights for mk4 polo does anyone know how to re-wire them for a mk5 any help much appriciated

probably the exact reverse of my guide (see DIY section) problem is that the mk4 lights might not sit on the car very well because they are a slightly different shape.

ive got a set of mirror finish black tinted rear lights outside waiting to be fitted

i have braved this and can tell people it works exactly the same, the fit i not perfect, but it looks really nice!
