Need an adapter from double din to single din.

anyone got one? or a picture of one so i can see what they look like

You can get them from heaps of places....got mine from TMC but Vag Parts, Halfords and many online stores sell them too.
Think I paid £20-25 tops for mine....

so because i've got double din to single din cd player

It doesnt sit in securely...
U can take it out and stuff like that.. is that right?

will it be ok when i put the din dash tray thing in???

Just remove your double din and slot the single one in. It has the metal prongs for you to secure it in place....which then leaves room above or below (dependant on your choice) for your single din cd player. It should click in place nicely.
All of it sits securely but is fully removable if you want to.

mine just sits there.. not secure...

On the metal cage the new head unit goes in to it should have bits you can fold out to hold it in place
