Red Warning Light

Hey guys
Erm bit of help, Today I got in the car and you know the light that comes on when you have your hand brake on, well I released it and it stayed on and then started to beep and on the journey home it would go off for like half and second and come back on sometimes and now it pretty much stays on all the time, Any thoughts?

I checked my Brake fluid btw and gave it a little top up I recon I might have a leak but cant see any.

when u take ur hand brake of do u put it all the way down? if u dont put it down properly then thats when it makes the noise to warn u the hand brake isnt taken of properly, ive done it numerous times.

Either that or the sensor or whatever that measures the position is messed up

ah right maybe the button is sticking, i jus had the hand brake adjusted for the MOT maybe the messed up lol
