RCD200 - Wiring a sub and amp

Hi guys, Am a newbee here. Just got my new polo 1.9 TDI Sport last week and i am already missing my sub. My question is, which adaptor do i need to give me my pre outs for the amp on the back of my headunit. I went carcraft on saturday and bought an adaptor they told me would fit. However, i pulled my headunit out tonight to have a look and i cant seem to see how this would fit.

Any help would really be appreciated guys. Thanks.
