16' OZ Hydra's on Polo

Post by poloboyben »

Will 16' Alloys fit and look good on the polo keeping the stock suspension. Im 17 and need to keep the car pretty stock for when i sell it. (dads advise) and insurance. But want alloys bigger than 15' so 17's are too big so 16's seem the right option. What do u think?

yeh you will need to lower it by 30mm maybe if you want it to look decent.

Alright mate. I just got 16" oz. Im also just turned 17yrs, with a Dad that sounds the same.

Get the 16 an drop it on some springs, i've got eibac's bout £100-20 takes no time at all and makes the car look the nuts. (30mm lowered)

But 16 easily go on, no prob at all. You unlucky halfords were doin 16 oz's for £600 with toyo proxes!!

going -30 still isnt gonna close the gap between the tyre and body of the car, unless you have really skinny rubber on

this is my car at the mo, lol riding high as a wrangler

If you get -35mm springs on a 6n2 you'd be suprised how much lower they actually look.

That's all I have on mine.
