Gearbox number?
I have a 9n polo 1.2 05 plate and i need to get a new clutch but the factors needs to know my gearbox code, does anybody know it???

I meant to add that if you ever want a better breakdown of what "bits" were used to build your car at the factory in Spain, then just hand over your VIN to your local VW dealer parts dept and ask them nicely to print you out your "car data" - you never know when that will come in handy, especially when dealing with motor factors who supply third party manufactured parts.
