injector problems

been having a problem with the 6n for a while,found today when using my vag com while driving its an injector issue,heres the code.....01249 fuel injector for cylinder 1 (n30) 31-10 open or short to ground-intermittent...........any ideas as i cant find the code on the net,also how much are the injectors each?its a 1.6aee 96,anyone?

From VW they are almost Â£100

Check that the wiring is secure and not damaged. It means it has a bad earth

cheers,only found the fault this afternoon so will have a look at the wiring tommorow
