Swapping leather on doorcards

Drivers doorcard has marks on it from the last owner hitting it with the seatbelt buckle, the new doorcard is pretty expensive as its leather, is it possible to remove the leather handle and rest and put it onto a new standard doorcard the same colour. Just trying to keep the cost down as a standard doorcard should be cheaper.

its not leather if its from the factory, its vinyl

only the flat faces of the seats on the factory leather interiors which is leather, which i found out when i had my car retrimmed
