Personal and cheap Delivery service

My mate has started doing deliveries for a few forums he's on mainly for french cars.
He has a small engine and charges small amounts of money only for petrol
It saves people organizing delivery, couriers or saves them petrol effort and time delivery things by themselves.

Would anyone be interested in this at all?
It's like 10 quid for 50 miles or something i think he charges?
and its anything that fits in a car really from new interiors exhaust parts intakes anything really not really car related aswell.
