6n2 Dash Conversion

I'm considering this modification for when I have some time off college in the next few months, however its best to plan early. Does anyone know what parts (a list would be ace) would be required? I'm fully aware a fair amount of wiring will be involved, i'm good with a soldering iron and heat shrink but i've never undertaken anything so big. What sort of tasks have to be undertaken to swap it over? I heard the dash is an actual swap with no cutting, but its the wiring. I heard that you have to replace the dash if the airbag goes, is this so (makes things harder as have to find a crashed 6n2 without airbag deployment).
