speedo ugrade mk4!!

hi I'm wanting to upgrade the speedo from old type to the newer type for the mk4 I've looked and the multiplugs are different old is black think new one is blue with pivoting lock! i know how to depin the old plug but need to know which wires go where when repinning into new multiplug? any help would be great!
