The clock in my GTi is now being weird LOL.... it keeps losing time its like a second is now 5 seconds to it :D

Anyone had any dealings with it?

PS. I have been hiding on here lately but the need to get more pics up - got new bits done and wheels :) - i actually hate this fourm phpbb3 !!!

Battery might be going flat or something

Its very odd that it would be doing that for sure!

Iirc there is a seperate Battery for them, so basically where your MASTER battery(being the big one in the engine bay) goes flat the other one still keeps the clock ticking! so it could be the smaller battery DEAD, have you disconnected your big battery recently?

i dont think thats the case as i have an isolator for my battery as its in the boot and when i turn it off my clock stops!

Put a new battery in it a few months ago - now the clock seems to just work then stop when it feels like it :lol: can Vag Com tell me anything nah ?
