Anyone got an engine cover going spare?

As title really..

Does anyone have an origional VW plastic engine cover for the GTI that they no longer want? After drinking too much beer last night I had a cunning idea and need an engine lid to try it on... Damange one would be fine!

i have a 1.4 16v cover that fits the GTI engine if you want it.

I've got a badly modified one. The back section is cut off and its sprayied silver, with GTi instead of 1.6 16v on it.



£12 posted. That goes for anybody else that may want it. Decided I didn't like it anymore and got a standard one for it.

Hmmm.. not sure about that...

Im planning on making acarbonfibre cover for mine.... but was ideally going to have the complete one rather than chopped at the back...

I have an original 1.6 GTI engine cover here, removed after I fitted my BMC and hasn't seen a car since! £20 collected / £25 delivered? (They are £50 new!)
