Does anyone know how to take the back seats out? I know the arse section just lifts up and pops out but the back bench is a different matter from when i looked at it.

To remove the rear seat first lift up the base and push the two arm inwards
That's that part free, now lower the rear in both corners you should see this
push the gold part back with a screwdriver
now pull up that end and lift out. Easy as that
