eletric wind mirrors and heated rear screen-and heat switch

Well my eletric wind mirrors are not working , the lights are on the switch for them but when i press it the lights go out?

any ideas has im trying to sort every little problem out ? !

Also my heated rear screen isnt workin when i switch the button on no light appears and screen does de-mist is this a fuse if so which one :S ?

Also i change my heated settings i.e on to front screen , or to the floor etc. do i just need to replace the actualy unit ?

Rear screen is definately a fuse. Youd have to look in a haynes manual or at the card in the fusebox for that im afraid .... i havent got a circuit diagram to hand!

Im not sure what you mean by heated settings? Is the dial not changing the output of air? If so its probably just the cable behind it has come detatched.

As for the electric window problem, it sounds like a grounding fault. Check that all the wiring is intact, and the fuse is in good order.

i aint got a haynes yet mate sorry,

has for the heaters i cant select where it blows from just stuck on 1 setting it dont turn all the way to the other setting far right .

the mirrors have got power but its like when i go to press them it looses power ?

As i say, it sounds like a bad ground on the mirrors or you have a supply problem somewhere.

Thats a jammed cable on the heater. You may need to take the unit out to free it, but its not much of a problem to fix normally

Got a haynes here. It says that the Heated Rear Window= F9 and its 20Amp loacted in the Fuse/Relay Box!
