Green Cotton/K&N Cleaning/Reoil Solution, Are they the same?

As the topic

ive got a green cotton filter, but can hold of the K&N cleaning and re-oiling solution cheap, is the green cotton and the K&N stuff the same??

any info back would be helpfull
