16v conversion

soo it looks like ill be getting a full 1.4 16v engine conversion, so just wanting to gather up some info of how difficult it is to do the conversion?
is it a piece of p*** if u know what ur doin? do the 16v mountings line up to the 8v holes?

any info would be massively appreciated!!!
