Blue smoke

Can some one please tell me what this is. I raced my friend and when i slowed down he said blue smoke came out my exhaust, is this anything to worry about thanks.

blue smoke is usually burning oil
white smoke is steam
black smoke is un burnt hydro carbons

he oil can get into the combustion chambers by lots of was incl#:
failing head gasket
worn rings
crached piston
cracked block
worn valve guides

does she smoke on start up?

Its probably going to be something like the valve stem seals or piston rings.
Unless it's getting a lot of oil through the breather, which isn't very likely.
What are the plugs like ? Does it use much oil ?

the plugs are fine just a light creamy brown colour. And the car doesn't burn hardly any oil. I think it was just because i was ragging it and i use petrol additives which was probably burning off, thanks for the advice though.
