Problem with control arm or something

When I turn into a t-junction or roundabout with the road being uneven or cracked there's always a jolt like feeling coming from the front arms I could feel it on the steering wheel as well. Bushes where changed recently, but even before then the feeling was there.

Any ideas what the problem could be?
