Can any body get Performance silicone hoses for the gti from

Do any companies make performance silicone hoses, pipes for the 6n2 gti? Been lookin everywhere but no joy in finding any are there any other engines that run the same pipes that can be used? Id like to add some colour to the bay!

I would be very suprised if there was a company manufacturing silicone kits for the GTI... there simply are not enough of them to make it worth their while..

However, if you have a google you should have no problem finding a company who can manufacture them for you... If you send them your rubber hoses they would be able to replicate them in silicone... However, there would be some tooling cost and possibly minimum quantities involved to make it worth while...

The other alternative is to cover the hoses with a stainless steel overbraid which is available from various places...

most of the pipes are just conduit coverings but he has used some silicone hose's too

you'll definitely be able to get hold of some mate, but they're not off the shelf available, as tegwin said, they'll be custom made.

As they are more for show for this kind of car, there's isn't a popular demand for them.
