Bought a brand new B&M short shifter a couple of days ago off ebay for £100 (product code 45106). Just wanted some help on the quickest way of removing the centre console. Also is there any modifications or parts needed to fit the shifter?

No modificationd needed, apart from maybe a slightly better pin for the bottom, otherwise just follow the guide.
In terms of what to remove, start on the lower sections of the driver's section and work across to centre console.
