2006 Polo S headlights

i just got my new polo want to make it look a bit better was thiking about starting with the headlights, i'd prefer not to spend a lot so was thinking jus buying very bright headligt bulbs arethere any avilible that will look good either blueish or bringht whit or will i need to purchase n install a HID kit ?

ive got these bulbs in the gti and they are perfect, nice tint of blue/white!

jus buy the cheap HID kit from ebay, they only cost £40 max and do the job
