Replacing Angel Eyes Halo Rings

Hi there guys, just bought some after market Angel Eyes for my Polo 9n3.

The halo rings are a bit dodgey on them and aren't so bright or visible. Is there anyway I can replace the LED's inside to distribute more light around the ring as some parts of the ring are dull and some parts are slightly brighter.
