One of my door rubbing strip's has come unstuck at one end . What is a suitable adhesive to stick it back down???

depends if your paint is coming off behind it aswell, if not then i imagine glue, but perhaps i can persuade you to just take them off?

easily done, apparently nah its just some hot water over the top and a slow but steady pulling to prise it away, be careful this can pull the paint off

if done correctly and polish off the glue residue, youll be left with a nice smoothish looking door ( minus bump strips)

Thank's John but I prefer the strip's to stay on.

Best to take the strip off completely, clean both the strip & bodywork off & then re-apply it.
