No variable interval?

In all my past Golfs etc, I had the variable interface relay where you could switch on the wiper to interval, switch it off straight away, then back on and that would be the interval time.

Tried that today on the Polo and noticed that it did not work. Is that not a standard feature and if not, is it a case of swapping a relay again?

Its just a case of swapping a relay mate

Ok, bought the part from eBay now for the mighty sum of £2.70. Should be here in the next couple of days, worthy upgrade for the money.
