Right Click Problems.

Post by 5509433 »

Hi,
After installing my system a while back the majority of the time it has been fine. how ever up until know im starting to worry.

1. After loud bassy music it doesnt want to work, come morning its fine again?

2. Sometimes i come to my car and its unlocked with out me pressing any buttons! (i make sure its locked previously).

3. Not really a problem, but i was wondering if it unlocked because the button accidentaly gets pressed in my pocket?

With my system u can do a 2 pulse mode. But from what ive read, that doesnt mean double clicking the button on the remote.
What does it mean?

Thanks.

How did you make the connections? Scotch blocks? It sounds like something is not making a good connection as vibrations are disabling it.

The range is huge, I can lock / unlock mine from at least 100 yards so a press of the button in your pocket can have the open effect easily.

The loud bassy music - it sounds like your battery may be on its way out. Do you have any problems starting etc?

Get a multimeter on your battery after loud bassy music and see what the reading is :)
