Will i need drop links if i get these??

Post by VDUB-Polo »

Coilovers which lower 20 - 120mm, will i need drop links?
Also, apart from road related issues are there any problems with going this low in a 2005 Polo 9n2?
Thanks

Thanks for your help

ARB - Anti-Roll Bar. It's a bar that stretches across the bottom of your car that decreases body roll, when you lower your car you risk your ARB hitting your drive shaft.

If you have shorter drop links the ARB sits higher so it doesn't knock.

Coilovers have a different mounting point for the droplinks, if you don't go super low or swap your ARB, should be fine.

It depends on the coilovers though, they don;t all have them. Which ones are you referring to?
