Having had the remote system working fine for about a month, one of the remotes no longer operates the "close" function. Logged a ticket on their website - no response what so ever.
Called them - and you can only speak to "technical help" which this isn't, or "sales" which this isn't either.
Anyone else had experiences with the support level and if they actually come good in the end?

Re: Rclick support???
never had any problems. They will reply to you mate just be patient.
Tried different batteries at all?
Id say youd want to speak to technical help - at the end of the day, they are all in the same building!

Re: Rclick support???
I spoke to technical support and as it was a "failing product" they told me it they could not deal with it and contact customer service, which happens to be "ticket based" only (with no entry / acceptance of this ticket for a number of days now).
The light on the remote works for 2 out of 3 functions. I.e. close button works, boot button works but not the open button, even though it happely clicks when you press it.

Re: Rclick support???
How odd. Oh well wait and see for a reply i guess! If all fails, send another support ticket
Could possibly take the remote apart and have a look at the button underneath to see if its secured properly if you know what you are doing

Re: Rclick support???
Yes, I would be happy to take it apart and fix it - however with it being only a few weeks old I did not want to lose the warranty by opening it up.
To be honest, I was expecting them to issue an RMA straight away and send a new one. I never like the non communication of companies ...

Re: Rclick support???
Ok - raised another support ticket, set it to "high" and prompto got a reply to send the unit back.
Hopefully I should get a replacement back soon as well as it is a pain being without it now you are used to using the remote ! (my wife has the other remote in her bag as she uses the runabout the most).

Re: Rclick support???
Got the replacement fob now. Does anyone have the instructions on how to pair it to the existing system? I can't find the original paperwork I had ...

Re: Rclick support???
I think you have to press the button inside the unit (or use the lead with the button if provided, then press and hold the arm button for three seconds on the new fob. Ill see if i can find mine!
