Interior light delay

After having bought the simple relay for the variable wipers, is there a similar thing to add the delay to the interior light? Currently, the light goes off the moment the door has been closed.

Can I assume I just have to buy an aftermarket in-line unit then and place it behind the interior light then as no reply ....

Do the higher specced versions have the interior delay at all?

GTIs have interior light delay. I read somewhere that golf mk3 GTIs have it in their interior lights, so you could just scrounge some circuitry from one and make it work

What is it that makes it work in the GTi but not other models though?

GTIs have a comfort module which controls it all Controls the alarm, rcl, air con etc all the convenience stuff.
