does anyone know how to replace the yellowy ring with white led's ?

tried looking it up on google and nothing comes up.

I HAVE LEDS IN MY ANGEL EYS BUT ITS NOT GREAT LIGHT I BOUGHT THEM THEY WHERE ALREADY FITTED
